Thank you for choosing Redford Photography. We had a wonderful time creating your senior portraits, and we hope you’ll enjoy them for many years to come.

This Guide will show you step by step how to get your photos to you quickly

This guide will answer nearly every question about viewing your gallery, selecting your portraits, choosing your professionally enhanced favorites, downloading your digital files, ordering prints, and what happens next.

By spending just a few minutes now, you’ll help us deliver your finished portraits as quickly as possible.

Your Senior Portrait Session Includes

✔ 20 professionally finished digital portraits

✔ Professional enhancement and retouching of five of those 20 favorite portraits

Every portrait in your gallery has already been professionally edited, positioned, (cropped) and is ready to enjoy. And soon you will be able to download and share ready to enjoy, and share with family, friends and on social media.

There will be a watermark that will come off once we know exactly how many photos you want to keep. At that time you will then download and use any way you wish including printing.

If there are more than 20 images in your gallery

We never count while we’re photographing. Our goal is to create the strongest collection of portraits possible.

Before you see your gallery, we’ve already done a lot of work by removing test shots, blinks, and nearly identical images.

Our goal is to make sure you have at least 20 images that you will wish to share and have at home.

Sometimes there are more than 20. We think you would enjoy helping to choose your final favorites.

As you look through your gallery, don’t be surprised if you fall in love with more than your included 20 portraits. Every senior is different, and sometimes there are simply too many wonderful moments to leave behind.

Many families choose to keep additional portraits because each one captures a different side of their senior—laughing, confident, serious, athletic, musical, or simply a favorite expression they don’t want to lose.

We’ve made that easy with simple pricing.

Additional digital portraits beyond your included 20 are available for just $10 each, with discounted pricing when you keep 10 or more additional portraits.

Once you’ve finalized your selections by sending us your Favorites. ( WE CAN SEE FAVORITES when you are finished ). You must tell us your done! We will count your selections. If you’ve chosen additional portraits, we’ll send you a convenient online payment link.

After that, we’ll perform one final quality check, remove the Redford watermarks from every portrait you’ve selected, and then release your finished gallery—ready to download, print, share, and enjoy.

Why We Ask You to Choose Your Five Favorite Portraits

Over many years of photographing high school seniors, we’ve learned something interesting.

While families love sharing many portraits online, most printed portraits come from just a handful of favorite images.

Printed portraits reveal details that simply aren’t noticeable on a phone, tablet, or computer screen.

That’s why we professionally enhance the five portraits you choose for printing, bringing them to our highest professional standard before you print them.

Now It’s Time to Enjoy Your Portraits

Share your gallery with family and friends.

Most families spend a couple of days enjoying their portraits before making their final selections.

Step 2 — Choose Your Portraits

This step usually takes about 20 minutes if everyone has already been keeping track of their favorites while viewing the gallery.

Each portrait has an image number at the top. (You’ll need to open the portrait to a larger size to see the number.)

Click the ❤️ heart beneath every portrait you’d like to keep.

Choose the 15 portraits you’d like included with your session.

Then identify your 5 very favorite portraits for our highest level of professional enhancement and retouching.

If you change your mind, simply click the ❤️ heart again to remove that portrait from your favorites.

Step 3 — Let Us Know You’re Finished

This is the one step many families miss.

After you’ve finished selecting your favorites:

• Click Favorites at the top of your gallery.

• Click Send Favorites.

• Choose Send Favorites to Photographer.

• (Optional) Leave us a short note.

• Click Send.

Once we receive your Favorites, we’ll immediately know you’ve finished making your selections and can begin preparing your final gallery.

You choose your favorites. We’ll take care of the rest.

What happens after you send your favorites

Once we receive your selections, we’ll:

Perform one final quality control check on your favorite portraits.
Count your final selections.
If you’ve selected more than your included 20 portraits, we’ll simply send you a convenient online payment link for the additional images.
Remove the Redford watermarks from every portrait you’ve chosen.
Release your downloadable gallery.
Professionally enhance your five favorite portraits.
Upload those enhanced portraits back into your gallery.

Your downloadable gallery is usually ready within about one hour after we receive your selections—or, if you’ve chosen additional portraits, shortly after payment is received.

Your five professionally enhanced portraits are typically completed within three business days, and often much sooner.
